Assist in the management and facilitation the performance management process to understand the root cause of performance variance, determine corrective action and track actions through executionTrack problem remediation across multiple McKesson departments to ensure timely and appropriate completionUnderstand deal constructs, pricing terms, market conditions, and competitive dynamics sufficiently to analyze under or over performing accounts and contracts and to ensure success of contract remediation programs and feedback loopDevelop segment specific performance management metrics, processes, and reportingIdentify opportunities to evolve the Performance Management processCoordinate with Sales, Pricing, Product, Finance, Rebate, Contract and Legal teamsWork cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment while responding to changing business needs and prioritiesDevelop and maintain working relationships with business professionals within PSAS and across the McKesson enterprise, to ensure communication of and action on significant events within the business.  Also, expand knowledge of through this dialogue to make recommendations and share information across the business

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

Education/Training –

Bachelor’s degree required, Finance or related field preferred

MBA strongly preferred

Business Experience –

4+ years of professional work experience, healthcare experience preferred

2-3 years of managerial experience

Critical Skills –

4+ years of relevant finance or pricing expertiseStrong project management skillsAbility to organize, manage and prioritize multiple projectsAbility to collaborate, influence and gain commitment from multiple stakeholdersStrong presentation skills with experience presenting to all levels of the organizationExcellent meeting and workshop facilitation skills, with proven success in fostering attendee participation and collaboration

Specialized Knowledge/Skills –

Demonstrated business and financial acumenPower BI/SQL experience preferredAbility to direct financial analysis and present financial resultsAbility to drive execution and team accountability for resultsComfort leading others in a complex, matrixed environmentAbility to develop strong internal and external networksExcellent verbal and written communication skills

Traditional office environment.

Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) –

Large percent of time performing computer based work is required

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$108,700 - $181,100
