The Sr. Manager Services – Americas has a leadership role at Pall's Service organization, reporting to the Global Service leader.

The incumbent is expected to drive a culture of exceeding customer expectations to deliver outstanding customer service, thus accelerating Pall hardware placements and service revenues.

This role will build cohesive relationships with the Commercial teams of Energy+ and Food & Beverage Business Units, Engineering, Product Support, Inside and Outside Sales, and Customer Service.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develops a growth strategy for the Americas aftermarket business through partnering with the Commercial team to develop market analysis and go-to-market, needs-based segmentation, and competitive analysis.

Effectively prices and positions Service products/agreements; supports service order negotiations with customers and order closures.

Owns the Americas Service P&L and drives action to achieve annual orders, sales, margin, and OPEX targets. Reports a weekly/monthly forecast across all KPIs.

Manages the field team capacity and utilization of service assets to optimal levels to deliver the service backlog.

Develops the field team to seamlessly execute and generate leads + offer and sell service agreements.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor in technical, business, or engineering discipline preferred. Masters in business is a plus.

Experience: 10+ years of prior management experience in a corporate environment, encompassing commercial management or management in a field that requires regular customer interaction.

Proven ability to drive strategic growth plans into tactical execution across a complex customer base.

Proven ability to relentlessly recruit, hire, and develop top performers and develop and drive accountability across the organization. 

Analytical Problem Solving: Able to identify problems; apply structured and disciplined methodology to identify root causes using data. Innovative and effective solution development, risk mitigation, and execution.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
