Job Description:

Senior Manager

This Senior Manager role is a member of the Fidelity Wealth Finance Team. The role will support the Cash Solutions Domain to provide a broad range of analytics, financial management, strategic business partner support to measure and evaluate the financial performance and a significant portfolio of decision support, such as business cases, build vs. buy, etc …  You will be responsible for decision support, business performance measurement, supporting executive communications and driving analytics for key strategic priorities of the organization. We will support the business by:

Evaluating client, product, and segment data to highlight patterns of behavior, provide analytical insights, and use data to validate business hypotheses.Developing Product/Product Line P&LsDeveloping financial projections to support decision support.Developing and presenting analysis and recommendations to management and business partners.Preparing and analyzing reports for various business reviews tied to scorecards, key initiatives, and business drivers.Evaluating and improving financial reporting processes and analyses to meet changing business and portfolio needs and goals.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus.5+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis; 3+ years of experience with advanced degree.Proficiency modeling data and preparing presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI and Anaplan a plus.Verifies, correlates, compares, and organizes data to present it in a way that facilitates analysis and forecasting.Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization.Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills, working independently to perform most analyses.Strong attention to detail and ownership for managing large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy.Builds and maintains business partner relationships with leaders of our business.Takes initiative and seeks creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches.Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet due dates.
