The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are looking for a Sr. Manager, HR Enablement for Global Talent Organization to lead and drive large portfolios of strategic initiatives and projects with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across our talent and business organizations. A critical focus of this role will be to plan enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with significant complexity and dependencies. Alongside senior Talent leaders, this role is expected to manage and mitigate risks and roadblocks with foresight and agility to meet business goals and manage a team of project managers working across other key initiatives. Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning + In partnership with executive sponsors, architects shared vision with corresponding project/portfolio plan with clear milestones and success metrics, ensuring alignment with broader company strategy + Provides strategic roadmaps for multi-year projects and portfolios and understands how to connect actions, decisions and milestones to dependent work in support of the larger business outcomes + Is aware of and contributes to executive level decisions regarding direction, priorities, and plans that impact HR programs + Strengthen and socialize the LinkedIn Project Management Methodology and understand the connection points to our LinkedIn Change Management Methodology as well as key stakeholders that will be critical to the success of this team Execution + Leads execution at a strategic level across company-wide initiatives to achieve program objectives + Leads decision-making timelines, drives program deliverables, aligns workstream teams, key stakeholders and sponsors + Proactively manages dependencies, detects misalignment and acts as point of escalation + Works in coordination with the change management team to assess needs, impacts and approach Collaboration & Stakeholder Management + Understands stakeholder motivations and reflects stakeholder needs in program plan and execution + Interprets and filters all project communications into concise and clear overviews that are customized for stakeholders at differing levels + Effectively provides clarity on the business benefits or tradeoffs of a program, acting as a key influencer to executive discussions on priorities and resourcing + Builds and strengthens strategic relationships across different levels of the company to drive success + Influences others to execute jointly on a change management strategy, and fosters cross group collaboration + Partner closely across Talent Orgs, HR Tech Partners, Change Practitioners, Process Excellence, Business Owners and Tech Team to ensure that critical outcomes are met for each project People Leader + Manage and coach team members on their projects and deliverables + Responsible for the performance management of assigned team + Recruit, onboard and develop top talent of professional project managers **Basic Qualifications: ** + BA/BS degree and 9+ years of experience in enterprise-wide human resource programs and/or projects or equivalent experience, OR 12+ years of experience within Project Management and/or Management Consulting in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. + 7 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports. **  Preferred Qualifications:  ** + Applied experience and demonstrated track record with end-to-end project management methodologies & frameworks for cross-functional initiatives, with a preference for individual with experience working in an HR environment + Multiple experiences helming large-scale projects and/or programs through various instances – starting with whitespace, managing through a turnaround, and recalibrating through a pivot + Ability to navigate work at all altitudes with a knack for knowing how to filter the right level of communications up and cascade critical points down and influence 360 degrees + Comfortable being at the helm of a project with strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively as a project leader, project advocate and project spokesperson + Strong sense of how to connect objectives, outcomes and stakeholders and have that reflected in how work is shaped and driven + Ability to see around corners, scan the horizon, communicate and facilitate discussions to drive project progress + Ability to prioritize, handle changing workloads, mitigate risks and exhibit professionalism under varying circumstances + Problem solver, must possess excellent judgment skills & be self-motivated with the ability to work independently + Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects with strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment + Ability to operate as part of a collaborative team across functions to achieve expected results + Expert user of project management tools and technologies to design and track projects and/or programs ** Suggested Skills ** + Project Management  + Change Management  + Communication  LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $134,000 - $218,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
