Senior Manager, HR – Organization Effectiveness and Change Management

This pivotal role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and leading change initiatives to maximize Yum! Brands' competitive advantage in the marketplace. The Senior Manager, HR will report to the VP, Human Resources and will be instrumental in supporting strategic shifts that leverage scale, efficiencies, and expertise across all brands and markets. With a global scope, this role will ensure the seamless execution of organizational change strategies and the development of cohesive, high-performing teams aligned with Yum’s culture.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead large-scale change management initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and organizational effectiveness. Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership, providing counsel on organizational design, culture development, and team effectiveness. Define and implement change management frameworks and processes that guide the organization through periods of transformation. Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of organizational changes across global operations. Support post-change team integration efforts, fostering a culture of unity and high performance aligned with Yum! values. Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders across brands to ensure the alignment of HR and business strategies in driving company growth. Partner with functional leads to ensure change strategies are embedded within their teams and consistently executed globally. Track and measure the success of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness and sustainability.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, change management, and business partnership. Proven track record as a change agent in global organizations, with experience leading and executing large-scale transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguity, developing structured processes and influencing stakeholders to achieve alignment and execution. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and team development, with a focus on embedding a strong company culture post-change.
