Position Summary: As the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Visteon HQ, you will play a strategic role in aligning HR programs with our business priorities. This position involves collaborating with executive leadership to design and implement effective HR practices across talent acquisition, development, performance management, and compensation. You will lead efforts to enhance HR operations, leverage HR technology, provide guidance on organizational design, and develop initiatives to improve organizational health. A key focus will be on building a culture of engagement and inclusivity, ensuring Visteon remains a great place to work amid the auto industry's transformation. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that directly support business objectives and drive organizational performance.  Talent Acquisition and Development: Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on strategies and frameworks for leadership and employee development to ensure alignment with business goals.  Performance Management and Compensation: Implement comprehensive performance management and compensation systems that motivate and reward high performance.  HR Operations and Technology: Lead the enhancement of HR operational processes and the adoption of HR technology solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.    Organizational Design and Health: Advise on organizational design and craft initiatives aimed at improving organizational health and resilience.  Culture and Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and inclusivity, creating a work environment that attracts, retains, and develops top talent. 

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.  7+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the technology or automotive industries.  Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs.  Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior management and drive HR initiatives.  Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Proficient in HRIS systems and technology-driven HR solutions.  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
