As the Senior Procurement Manager for Marketing Services, you will lead a team of category managers responsible for all strategic planning and sourcing activities for related marketing subcategories (e.g., Agencies, Creative, Production, & PR) across the Kraft Heinz North American Zone (U.S. and Canada). You will leverage your experience and knowledge to coach and develop a team of category managers in building comprehensive strategies at the category level and implement the strategy through the sourcing process. The role drives value for Kraft Heinz by supporting program compliance through Supplier and Contract Management. You will drive sustainable strategies that will actively seek to reduce and/or control costs for products and services while growing efficiencies for the business. As well as collaborating closely with stakeholders in the various Business Units, Operations, Finance, and other corporate functions to provide innovative new products and services to meet business objectives. In addition, you will serve as a key global liaison and coordinate with our third-party administrator supporting these procurement categories. Success in this role requires a professional who can focus on balancing outstanding service to internal business clients, global teamwork while improving value for the company of services purchased.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 – $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
