Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Inventory Management and S&OP. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end inventory visibility, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial targets. This role also manages the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring cross-functional alignment between demand, supply, and financial goals. As a strategic leader, this role collaborates with regional teams and stakeholders to maintain optimal inventory levels, mitigate risks, and support long-term capacity planning, while serving as a central point of contact for global planning initiatives and KPIs.

What You'll Do

Global Inventory Management

Lead global initiatives to optimize inventory performance, including defining and achieving inventory turn targets and reducing excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory. Oversee the development and delivery of inventory ownership projections in units and at cost, ensuring alignment with financial reconciliation processes, including LE, and AOP, to drive accurate financial planning and reporting. Interpret risks related to consolidated supply contracts, liabilities, and factory excess and obsolete inventory; develop and implement mitigation strategies. Establish and monitor inventory KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate targets, and lead initiatives to address and resolve inventory excess while driving operational efficiencies.

Global S&OP Lead

Manage Global S&OP process involving cross-functional collaboration with Regional Planning leads (EMEA, APAC, NA), Capacity, Supply Chain and Finance functions. Develop and deliver materials and insights to enable executive leadership decision-making, alignment, and actionable planning. Facilitate cross-functional alignment critical initiatives.

Performance Monitoring and Inventory Strategies

Define, monitor, and report on global inventory and key S&OP metrics (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, OTIF%) driving alignment with overall business goals. Ensure data integrity and consistency across Sales and Inventory metrics. Act as the central point of contact for regional teams to drive collaboration and alignment on global inventory strategies. Drive and implement initiatives to optimize inventory turn plans and targets, ensuring adherence to organizational goals.

Collaboration with Global Capacity Planning & Production Teams

Partner with Capacity and Production teams to align on pre-buy requirements, providing volume recommendations and guidance on product mix. Align long term planning with supply requirements to identify long-term capacity needs What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Supply chain is preferred. At least 9+ years of extensive experience in inventory management, supply chain optimization, demand planning and/or S&OP roles. Familiarization with Inventory and Service level planning. Experience in Merchant Financial Planning process and/or Integrated Business Planning. Must have extensive experience and fluency in Excel tools and functionality. Strong organizational skills and proven experience in developing managing processes in a fast-growing business.

Title: Sr. Manager, Inventory Management and S&OP 

Salary or Pay Range: $135,000 - $145,000  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
