We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Manager, IT SAP Procurement/Logistics to join our team. In this role, you will will support the Procurement & WH solutions including RF Capabilities at Hikma warehouses, implement SAP Logistics Execution (LE) solutions, integrate the SAP WMS with SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP) for serialization and aggregation requirements and designing and optimizing warehouse processes. This role iwill also lead a team responsible for procurement and warehouse management SAP support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requires full-time onsite attendance.
• Architect SAP solutions in Supply Chain areas mainly in Warehouse Management, Logistics and Shipping.
• Work closely with the ATTP team to architect end-to-end solutions to support operations.
• Lead SAP WMS projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Lead, motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Design, implement, and manage the integration of SAP WMS with SAP ATTP for serialization and aggregation processes.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Lead the design and optimization of key warehouse processes such as put away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop solutions to improve procurement and warehouses efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement best practices for handling unit tracking and storage unit optimization.
• Implement and support Cartonization solutions to optimize packaging processes.
• Leverage RF technology to enhance warehouse operations.
• Implement and manage RF solutions for real-time inventory management and process tracking.
• Manage and optimize interfaces with carriers for efficient transportation and logistics operations.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on SAP WMS and related processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP WMS and RF capabilities.
• Optimize procurement processes to support business needs.
• Emsure the complaint of SAP procure to pay processes with audit requirements.
• Develops direct subordinates’ capabilities, knowledge and skills in the areas of WH, ATTP and RF.
• Mentors, leads, coaches and develops employees; manages and addresses performance issues; makes hiring, firing and compensation decisions to ensure successful individual and organizational performance currently and in the future.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience planning, managing, developing, executing and maintaining SAP WMS/EWM & MM modules.
• Strong experience integrating SAP WMS with SAP ATTP.
• Detailed knowledge of supply chain and logistics business processes required.
• Strong technical design and architecture skills and project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree
• SAP certification
• Experience customizing and supporting RF-applications using SAP and ATTP.
