An MBA level would be a clear plus. + 8+ years of B-to-B experience, preferably within the supplements industry, in roles like marketing, business development, or product development. Contract Manufacturing experience would be beneficial. + Broad view of industry, in-depth knowledge of marketing, products, ingredients, manufacturing process, packaging, and competitive landscape. + Experience in the development and implementation of successful product market strategies. + Excellent communication skills, including presenting to key internal and external business partners. + Ability and willingness to travel regularly (US, Canada), up to 40%.
