Sr. Manager, MarTech & Operations (Owned Channels)

The Sr. Manager, MarTech & Operations role helps support owned channel platforms, tracking, data and process management for campaign execution across TIAA and Nuveen. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director Media Tech & Operations and works closely with client marketing, channel owners, key sales stakeholders, technical/development resources and the analytics team to create, manage and execute on marketing priorities, key KPIs and timing. The role requires an understanding of the digital omni-channel landscape, ability to understand and execute advanced marketing efforts and the capacity to guide more complex and sophisticated integrated strategy to exceed goals.


Key Responsibilities and Duties

Overall responsible for owned marketing platforms, tracking and data

Educate, QA and Enforce Taxonomy and UTM adherence

Develop, Educate and Enforce campaign launch processes

Platform Optimization: Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions, and ensuring an exceptional user experience

Recognize and leverage unused or underutilized platform features to enhance efficiency

Data Management: Implement rules and automation to improve data quality.

Conduct proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

User Support and Training: Handle user support tickets, focusing on prompt issue resolution

Monitor and improve user adoption through identification of training initiatives for both new and ongoing users

Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing

Integrated Applications: Collaborate with integrated applications, ensuring seamless functionality and data synchronization

Contribute to project prioritization and risk, scope, schedule and budget assessments

Preferred Experience:

·       5+ years of experience working with Email, Event, and Webinar platforms 

·       Hands on experience with Taxonomy 

·       Experience developing, implementing and enforcing processes across marketing teams

Base Pay Range: $100,000/yr. - $150,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
