Sr. Manager, Marketplace & eTail, Korea Digital Commerce
Overview

Crocs Korea is seeking a Senior Manager for Marketplace & eTail to drive the growth of our digital business. This role focuses on growing revenues, margins, and brand presence across major platforms, including both general merchandise and fashion verticals. You will collaborate with teams across Owned E-commerce, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, and global stakeholders to execute Go-To-Market strategies. Additionally, you will manage external partners, such as consignment vendors, digital agencies, eTail vendors, and platform buyers, while leading a team of 3 direct reports.

What You'll Do

You will shape the strategy and business model for both 3P marketplace and 1P eTail, taking full ownership of P&L responsibilities, including net revenue, product margin (PM), and EBIT. Your goal will be to drive sustainable growth in a fast-changing digital landscape. Key responsibilities include:

Marketplace

Develop channel-fit strategies and ensure alignment with eTail efforts. Lead Go-To-Market plans and leverage data insights to inform decisions. Engage with platform buyers and identify new growth opportunities. Oversee in-app or in-store digital marketing campaigns, ensuring solid ROAS. Lead consignment vendors to execute flawless campaigns and operations.

eTail

Design strategies for vendors and pure players, including commercial terms and assortment tiering. Manage relationships with eTail vendors and platform buyers. Ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and drive performance.

General Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Merchandising, Marketing) to share commercial insights and ensure success across all channels. Maintain brand integrity by ensuring all assets and campaigns align with global branding guidelines. Oversee seamless operations across order, shipping, and billing processes. Partner with the global Tech team to drive long-term growth initiatives. What You'll Bring to the Table

Education: A degree in any relevant field.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

Competencies:

Deep understanding of the marketplace ecosystem. Practical knowledge of marketplace back-end systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with expertise in back-end marketplace operations. Excellent problem-solving skills. High energy and adaptability to manage complex challenges and tight timelines.
