Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure, ensuring it operates efficiently and securely. This role requires a deep understanding of networking technologies and protocols, with an emphasis on Prisma Firewalls, Meraki solutions, and Radius servers.

Responsibilities:

A hands on leader managing a team of network engineers supporting global office, DC and related assets. 

Network Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy scalable and secure network architectures, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based networks.Firewall Management: Implement and manage Palo Alto Networks Prisma Firewalls, Meraki VPN ensuring robust security measures are in place to protect against external and internal threats.Meraki Solutions: Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki wireless, switching, and security devices to optimize network performance and security.Radius Servers: Manage and configure Radius servers for secure authentication, authorization, and accounting for network access.Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of incidents.Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance using various tools, identifying potential issues and optimizing for peak performance.Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with business applications and services.Security Compliance: Ensure all network components comply with relevant security policies, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE) are highly desirable.Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong focus on network design, implementation, and management.Technical Skills:Proficiency in managing and configuring Prisma Firewalls.Extensive experience with Cisco Meraki solutions.Deep understanding of Radius servers and network access control.Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).Familiarity with cloud networking, particularly in environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Benefits:

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $157,030.00 to $212,000.00
