Job Summary

The New Restaurant Opening (NRO) Team is hiring a Sr. Manager who will be responsible for successfully opening new restaurants across the country, while coaching and developing Managers and Team Members. This Sr. Manager will be knowledgeable with all Chili’s systems and People Tools. The NRO Sr. Manager is the liaison between our RSC/Ops Services support and the restaurant leadership team during the opening process of our newest Chili’s. The NRO Sr. Manager is a point of contact for all information needed to successfully open new restaurants, and the leader in ensuring proper opening processes are followed. In this job you will also manage all communication needed and cross boundaries to see an opening to completion, including obtaining above brand average key performance indicators post-opening. This Sr. Manager will also act as a key point of contact for various Franchise Partners. As a key point of contact, they will be responsible for supporting Franchise Partners with marketing, operational, and reimage initiatives. This Sr. Manager will also assist with the operational handoff of Corporate reimages to ensure the restaurants are supported, feedback is received and acted upon, and the restaurant teams are meeting desired performance goals.

Your Key Job Functions

• Create and own internal and external NRO schedules for opening processes
• Organize and own all meetings/calls for pre-opening process, including orientations
• Create SmartSheet and/or Excel files for calendars to stay on target, and owncompletion of tasks
• Communicate and book travel arrangements for NRO Trainers and any needed support
• Recruit and onboard new NRO Trainers
• Develop NRO Trainers, Leads, and Coordinators
• Implement and train teams on new brand rollouts and initiatives
• Ensure safety, systems, and staffing followed at every in-restaurant visit
• Support Franchise Partners with marketing, operations, and reimages to ensurepositive brand impact
• Organize and own the operational aspect of reimages
• Conduct meetings/calls for reimage kickoff and follow-up
• Follow up and follow through on tasks, projects related to NROs, Franchise, andreimages
• Able to be cross-functional within the brand

What You Bring to the Team

• Chili’s Restaurant Experience (GMP Preferred)
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented, with ability to work independently, as wellas, collaboratively with a team.
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
