Job Description Summary:
What do you need to know about the role:PayPal's Enterprise Cybersecurity team is looking for a Sr. Manager of Operational Excellence. This position will focus on supporting PayPal’s Cybersecurity Organization in achieving operational excellence through an intense focus on data hygiene, process improvement, reporting, and Board preparation.
This role reports directly to the Director of the Office of the CISO and will have the opportunity to work with PayPal’s CISO, Office of the CTO, and the broader Cybersecurity and Technology organization.
This role not only positions you at the heart of PayPal's cybersecurity objectives but also provides a chance to influence the company's security culture and practices effectively.

This role significantly impacts the entire Cyber and Information Security team, by being a member of the Office of the CISO and driving operational excellence across the org.
This role touches almost every part of the team’s daily experience and enables each member of the organization to achieve success in their roles. It also directly influences and guides the decisions of the CISO and their Leadership team.
Your day to day
In your day to day role you will:
Data Hygiene: Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of key data sets across the cybersecurity engineering and operational teams, including Jira, Cap Credit, and Census.
Training: Train members of the Cybersecurity Organization on Data Hygiene expectations and best practices.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous enhancement of existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the Cybersecurity Organization.
Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports that convey critical information to the CISO and the Cybersecurity Leadership Team
Board Preparation: Ensure the timely development of all Board related materials across the Cybersecurity Organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with members of the Office of the CISO to drive key transformation initiatives across the Cybersecurity team.
