The Senior Manager, Operations Services, drives operational excellence across the KFC system by ensuring readiness, compliance, and efficiency. Leading the Ops Calendar Team, this role develops strategies for breakthrough products and initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to bring plans to life and ensure seamless execution at the restaurant level.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute strategies to ensure operational readiness, compliance, and efficiency across all initiatives, aligning operations with strategic goals for national and test calendars. · Lead a team focused on new product development, compliance auditing (ROCC), and standardized routines, while coaching and developing team members for successful execution at the restaurant level. · Partner with Marketing, Field Operations, Training, IT, and other departments to align restaurant operations with business objectives and maintain consistency with franchise leaders and committees. · Oversee the implementation of new products, procedures, and initiatives to ensure operational feasibility and sustainability at the restaurant level, while safeguarding operational guardrails and compliance standards. · Manage the compliance auditing program (ROCC) for food safety and operating standards, ensuring adherence to brand and safety compliance requirements. · Lead operational aspects of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and manage budgets related to operational initiatives and calendar execution. · Identify innovative solutions to operational challenges, present progress and updates to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or extensive restaurant industry experience as a substitute. · 10+ years of progressive experience in restaurant operations or related fields. · Strong operational and financial acumen, including expertise in P&L management. · Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects. · Strategic and innovative thinking. · Effective communication and relationship-building at all organizational levels. · Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant operational tools. · Coaching and team development. · Collaboration and influence. · Operational discipline with attention to detail. · Creativity and disruptive thinking.
