About This Role
The Senior Manager, PS Strategy and Innovation will play a critical role in optimizing and governing our patient services programs, processes, content, and systems to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, impact, and patient satisfaction. This position will report to the Associate Director, PS Strategy and Innovation, and plays a key role leading and managing projects from concept review to post-implementation oversight, requiring collaboration and coordination across various functional areas to deliver seamless execution.

Identify opportunities to optimize patient services programs, including patient intake and care coordination Oversee operational design and pull through of Case Management design, metrics, and system optimizationLead and manage projects for prioritized initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop implementation and communication planning Partner with technology and data teams to identify pilot requirements and KPIs Report to leadership on pilot outcomes and impact to ensure impact over activity Other duties as assignedWho You Are

QualificationsRequired Skills
Minimum Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other Master's Degree preferredMinimum 7-10 years of experience working within Patient Services or in a Patient Support role Entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional work ethic, sense of urgency, and execution-orientation Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills required Positive team player with strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh comfort with articulating vision and presenting orally and through PowerPoint Ability to drive change management processes Enthusiasm for and willingness to learn new technologyPreferred Skills
Experience working in a pharmaceutical environmentPrevious Project Management experienceAdditional InformationThe base salary range for this position is $117,000 - 157,000 annually. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
