Sr. Manager, Process Improvement

About the Role:

The Sr. Manager, Process Improvement is responsible for evaluating current processes related to Business Technology for efficiency and quality. They are looking for ways to improve productivity and customer experience, reduce costs, and make the best use of company resources. Reporting to the SVP of Business Technology, the process improvement manager develops, monitors, and elevates the performance of the business systems and related business processes. 

The Sr. Manager, Process Improvement is focused on “why?”  Why does this process exist? Why does it add business value? Why do we do it this way? Why are things not getting done on time? Why are we seeing poor quality or rework? Ultimately they are focused on why we aren’t reaching our goals.

He or she is creative in their ability to identify and diagnose areas for improvement. Prioritize those areas based on measured business value to be returned. Work with stakeholders across the business to plan and seamlessly implement those process improvements. Finally they will transparently measure their improvements to self fund additional investment in Process Improvement.

What You'll Do: Lead, define, and executed a vision and strategy for Process Improvement in Business Technology at KeepTruckin Institute a mechanism for evaluating, prioritizing, executing, and measuring process improvement Collaborate with the business stakeholders to align on roadmaps for process improvement measures Partner closely with leadership and business stakeholders to embrace a culture of continuous process improvement  Mentor team with a focus on career growth and strategic thinking Attract and retain top talent to propel this team to a world class level What We're Looking For: Degree in business, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or other quantitative fields, MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience as a hands-on leader in process improvement 5+ years of experience managing high performing teams Proven history of success implementing process improvement practices Experience documenting and communicating business value delivered of process improvements Experience in storytelling with data and executive presentations Experience in agile methodologies a plus Strong ability to communicate complicated insights concisely, at a level appropriate to relevant stakeholder needs
