**Position Summary**
Implementation QA Lead
*Develop and plan Test process for platforms (MAPS, GPS, HRP), special projects
*Informatics team utilization
*Claim testing review
*Process improvements
*Develop plans and timelines
*E2E testing – reflect network, referral
*Test reports
*Documentation-Readiness
*“Customer” support
*Other assignments as needed to support the HRP claims system setup of Medicare benefits
**Required Qualifications**
*4+ years proven track record for project/program management skills in a highly matrixed environment required
*4+ years Medicare industry experience, specifically *Medicare Advantage product/benefit experience.
*Mastery excels skills,
*Knowledge of Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage programs.
*Experience identifying high error prevention quality metrics.
*High sense of quality: keen identifying error(s) with large volumes of data.
*Experience creating and executing test strategies across multiple business segments. /platforms.
*A Strategic Thinker
*Manages the overall delivery of information and transaction products and activities by ensuring the project team uses consistent definitions and methodologies where appropriate.
*Responsible for managing, directing and planning multiple complex projects.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong Analytical skills.
+ 6+ years managed care / health insurance industry experience
+ HRP benefit claims testing
+ SQL

Bachelor's Degree
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $165,954.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
