Amazon Business in Japan is looking for a Sr Manager to lead a team across Selection, Pricing, Availability and large B2B bid response/execution. You will be responsible for setting the selection and pricing strategy across Amazon Business in JP with a key focus on what selection gaps are highest priority, developing mental models on price matching, and growing a team responsible for responding to B2B bid requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and implementing mechanisms, tools, and online experiences that directly impact the products AB sells to our customers. In this highly visible role, you will be challenging senior leaders to think differently about how they prioritize Amazon Business, partnering with World Wide teams to ensure Amazon Business selection and pricing have parity with Stores.

You will work closely with local business teams and numerous teams around the world. Key job responsibilities
- Work backward from customer’s needs/pain points and translate them into business requirements
- Work with global teams and internal stakeholders to prioritize JP Amazon Business
- Develop and improve Selection, Pricing and Availability metrics and partner with JP Stores to deliver on key flywheel goals for Amazon Business.
- Dive deep into internal and external data to understand selection, pricing and availability gaps within Amazon Business and drive solutions through tech prioritization and improved processes and mechanisms.
- Deliver tools, mechanisms and solutions to support the growth of Amazon Business Managed Spend (B2B bid response) for enterprise customers
- Be accountable in internal business performance reviews with senior leaders to identify and deliver necessary improvements
