Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Productivity is responsible for overseeing the operational execution and productivity initiatives across multiple retail locations. This role involves implementing strategies that enhance customer experience, drive sales performance, and optimize store efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for retail excellence. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the strategy around of productivity projects to reduce costs and improve business profitably for our field and professional functions while maintaining sales and operational capabilities. Provide specific & measurable deliverables around the productivity strategy Manage and align multiple priorities through strong project leadership, systems knowledge and effective communications Lead through Prioritization, ROI, Risk Assessment of projects Responsible for stakeholder management and communication planning Ensure solutions being delivered to align with AAP's overall strategy 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field7+ years of experience in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve productivity within a sales organization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
