Job Summary:
This senior leadership position reports directly to the Professional Services Director and plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our professional services organization. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of and/or Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and other specialists. You will be responsible for overseeing a strategic portfolio of complex implementations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, working with the project team to accurately forecast their projects, and exceeding customer expectations. In addition, this role will be responsible for the training and development of assigned staff.

Forecast project scope and resources, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure smooth project delivery.Customer Advocacy: Build strong relationships with key clients at all levels, proactively identify their needs, and provide expert guidance on best practices and use cases to maximize their success with our products.Process Optimization: Continuously improve internal project methodologies, develop best practice training materials, and drive innovation in project delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and support cross-functional internal initiatives.Obtain a solid understanding of product requirements and customer problems.Maintain a utilization target on each project to help ensure a successful and consistent deployment.Assist clients with developing and executing testing plans and procedures.Apply extensive business knowledge to tackle significant project issues, champion the professional services methodology and lead the team for evolving enablement content development, innovate in a dynamic environment, and ensure that project managers and consultants possess essential skills for successful customer deployments. Participate in planning, estimation and providing inputs on required development tasks.Provide leadership and guidance to customers on best practices and use cases to support a variety of business needs.Develop implementation approaches aligned to professional services methodology, business process documentation, and best practice training material. Requirements and Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 6 years of experience in professional services and 3 years of leading teams within a SaaS environment.Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.Extensive experience in people management, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build a high-performing team.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and executives.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Proficiency in implementation & project management methodologies, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.In-depth understanding of SaaS product development lifecycles and implementation processes.Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to balance profitability with a customer-centric approach.Ability to learn domain, products, and project delivery effectively.Ability to articulate process logic and architecture including building and delivering functional presentations.Teamwork-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business development.High standards of excellence in work product with strong attention to detail.Strong ability to understand and conceptualize product suite processes and procedures.Proficient in analytical thinking, system perspective, process analysis, initiative, innovative thinking, and translating details into a broader view. Capacity to adapt to evolving products and address customer needs strategically. Prefer experience with government budgeting concepts, finance/budgeting solutions, procurement, permitting, licensing, asset management or other related fields is advantageous.$130,000 - $148,000 a yearOn target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance
