Sr. Manager, Professional Services (Field, Remote-Based)
This position will manage post-sales technical experts, foster a supportive environment, drive standardization, performance, accountability, and development ensuring deliverables are met with quality as a top priority.
Your role:
Lead a team of network and radio frequency professionals to design complex IT solutions that manage proprietary, real-time, life critical data within the hospital IT environment.
Apply industry-standard processes to standardize Philips designs for all customers using Philips Supplied Networks & optimize designs to ensure customer satisfaction and stability.
Manage team performance through regular coaching and feedback, ensuring accountability for accurate & timely network topologies, configurations and infrastructure ordering details.
Act as a point of contact to healthcare institutions and internal teams for design creation and remediation, when necessary.
Own all documents, processes, relationships, and escalations as they pertain to designs and implementations of those designs in customer environments.
Collaborate with sales, service leaders and customers & share responsibility for successful project completion with service and commercial managers.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or IT fields preferred, with CCNP/CCNA certification.
Over 7 years of Healthcare IT experience, including working in a Healthcare environment and understanding of IT systems, networks, and software.
Proven people management skills and experience presenting updates to Executive Leadership.
Extensive knowledge of Patient Monitoring systems and strong communication and influencing abilities.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $97,090 to $166,440
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $102,200 to $175,200
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $107,310 to $183,960
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $114,464 to $196,224
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
