What You Will Do Forescout has an excellent opportunity for a strategic and business-focused Sr. Manager of Professional Services to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Professional Services, the Senior Manager of Professional Services leads a team of technical experts to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer requirements. This role involves monitoring customer engagements from inception to delivery, driving operational excellence, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering impactful business outcomes. In this role, you will: Be Customer Driven: + Ensure the delivery of high-quality professional services that meet or exceed client expectations + Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and meet customer expectations through strong project governance. + Serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues during project delivery. + Monitor project progress and address potential risks proactively. + Ensure a strong focus on client success by deeply understanding their business needs and objectives. Be one team: + Monitor team workloads and capacity to balance priorities. + Monitor team utilization, revenue, and profitability. + Contribute to the development of the professional services strategy in alignment with organizational goals. + Identify and progress training and development opportunities for your team. + Drive post-engagement reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement. + Promote skill development and knowledge sharing across the team. + Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performance team of consultants, project managers, and technical resources. + Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Be Cyber Obsessed + Optimize delivery processes, templates, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality. + Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout project engagement. + Identify opportunities for service expansion and innovation. + Develop and execute strategies to scale the professional services organization and meet revenue and profitability goals. + Collaborate with sales, product management, and customer success teams to define service offerings and support business growth. + Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the success of engagements. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
