We are looking for a customer-obsessed Manager of Program Management with a strong track record of delivering results, proven project management experience, and a history of managing a PM team to own and execute strategic, cross-functional projects. Key job responsibilities
- Manage a team of program and analytics personel.
- Influence L8 stakeholders to adopt our tech and align on the value proposition.
- Build metrics to track the business performance and tune our tech products to achieve OLT goals.
- Execute Pilots, Entitlement Studies, and voice of customer deep dives to identify opportunities to improve costs and experience.
- Analytics is key to this role. You will have a team of analysts, but knowing SQL and being able to self-serve data is critical to quickly answering leadership questions, guide the team, and maximize their deliveries.

A day in the life
This role will work closely with engineering teams and product teams (both sharing the same manager as this individual). They will also partner closely with site operators and central planning operations teams to manage the business and collect business requirements.

About the team
Our team is responsible for creating automated solutions to power our Amazon Middle Mile business. Our team is comprised of engineers, product, program, & analytics functions. We adhere to the STL model where L7 Managers have clear charter and typically a mix of roles on their team to support the business.
