IGT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Quality Assurance Senior Manager to lead the development of world-class quality assurance teams and processes. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvements across manufacturing operations by evaluating key quality indicators, ensuring adherence to stringent specifications, and championing high-performance standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of significant achievements, a relentless commitment to excellence, and the ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration to position IGT as a leader in the Lottery and Gaming industry.

 

Direct and oversee Operations QA processes, including final product quality assurance, shipping compliance, and inspections in vault and print shop operations, to ensure total customer satisfaction. Lead a team of 27 employees across two shifts, focusing on engagement, professional development, budget planning, expense management, and salary administration. Collaborate with management and senior staff across departments to establish and enhance quality standards. Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to ensure products consistently meet quality, integrity, functionality, and performance standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalating and resolving manufacturing quality issues. Guide the Business Analyst and Database Administrator in developing and delivering KPI reports and identifying quality improvement opportunities. Report regularly to leadership on quality assurance and operations, providing updates to external auditors and regulatory agencies when required. Facilitate clear and effective communication regarding product quality across teams, including engineering, game development, systems, operations, logistics, and sales. Implement and standardize inspection methods while leveraging innovative technologies to improve inspection accuracy and efficiency. Lead initiatives to uphold manufacturing quality, maintain high product standards, and optimize manufacturing yield. Manage and maintain JIRA projects, Tableau reporting systems, and custom automation applications to support business needs. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement. Bachelor’s degree in a quality-related field or equivalent professional experience. Proficient in using SAP, JIRA, and Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision. Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable and capable of reorganizing and rescheduling work on short notice to meet tight deadlines. Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Thrives in a collaborative team environment, fostering effective communication and cooperation. Willing to travel to represent IGT in meetings with customers, Field Services, Sales, and Contract Manufacturers. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external manufacturing and supplier partners. Flexibility to work both day and swing shifts to learn workflows and build strong relationships with team members across shifts.  Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field such as industrial sciences, business, or a technical discipline. 10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or quality assurance. 5+ years of leadership experience in a senior quality supervisor, manager, or equivalent role. Preferred Certifications LEAN Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt). Applicable quality certifications, such as Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA). At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $86,538/yr - $220,000/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
