Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:
Manage the team of 8 software development and QA engineers, develop close working relationships with and among team members.Manage the distribution of the work and the expected deliverables for a project, all the while tracking progress against these expectations.Mentor team members in application design, code development, functional testing, documentation and implementation of new functionality/enhancements into Visa Tap Services.Diligently organize and maintain all development and testing documents to keep them up to date.Lead and participate in developing and implementing Visa Tap Services. Lead the effort of designing, coding, code reviewing and development testing.Lead and participate in defining testing strategies and provide expertise/direction for test plan/case/toll preparation and during various testing cycles to ensure that the end product will perform as required. Communicate effectively and proactively with Global System support team to ensure timely system deployment.Establish close working relationships with stakeholders, architects, Global System support teams and management.Be able to articulate ideas and recommendations of enhancing the development processes to the management.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

8+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience
