Promo modeling and forecasting for Consumer-facing promos worth ~$800M per year across Smartphone, Tablet and Wearables categories. Lead scenario planning per revenue and promo plans, coordinating with Sales team, Biz Planning team and VZ account team leadership. CRM Promo Planning; $400M annually: Align with CRM sales team on promo proposals, scenario planning and modeling. Manage communication with Verizon CRM team on new promo negotiation, funding support and promo forecast  Lead QSP (Quarterly Strategic Planning) process coordinating with SEA Channel Marketing team, Verizon Sales and Biz Planning teams and SEA MX Finance team to ensure SEA Senior Leadership approval of quarterly promo plan, evaluating YOY and competitor promo plan analysis, promo attach rates, funding levels and impact to Net Revenue, market share and profit levels. Data Analysis:Conduct deep data analyses to derive business insights to create growth strategies which require regression analyses, Alteryx, Power BI. e.g. DPP Drought Analysis and Recover (Device Payment Plan, 24 mo. à 36 mo.) and CRM Early Upgrade ProgramPresent bi-weekly promo performance reporting and analysis, attach rate trends and assess future risk and opportunity from proposed or revised promos. Conduct post-mortem analysis on Trade-in Promo results for promo take sensitivity per promo value and requirement changes by compiling multiple year data set utilizing software solution such as Alteryx.Analyze and manage Verizon Trade-in Promo service plan tier, high/low device tier and residual value to help negotiate better promo funding utilizing data analytics and visualization platforms.Yearly/ Quarterly promo trend analysis and implications based on promo type/ strength/ attach rate/ sell-out impact on channel and model level accounting for external factors such as carrier competitor promotions and other brand promotion impact utilizing Power BI and Pulse Zoho Dashboard.Competitor and Customer Monitoring and Analysis: Competitor and carrier competitor promo tracking and sensitivity monitoringMonthly SP, Premium SP, Tablet, Wearable Market Share managementVerizon Earning Call Summary / Analysis/ Implications for the account teamLead Monthly Closing and TP processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting: Monthly TP SD management ($1.2B on yearly basis). Ownership of Monthly Closing forecast; revenue update monitoring/ current quarter programming change/ true-up, Program/ model level SD closing detail, NR/ S.com allocation for closingLead contractor team to facilitate accurate contract (PVF) terms and signatures, conditions submissions, and post-promo validations and claims payments for ~$1.2B in partner payments: Manage communication with the Verizon contract team ensuring accurate and timely contract (PVF) executionManage Samsung's internal contract legal review processManage COR program TIM Committee Review process (Min. 100 program review submissions with lift/sales assumption and rationale/ROI analysis on a yearly basis)Manage COR program CORES condition for accurate reflection of finalized terms and timely submissionReconcile and validate invoices received from Verizon for executed promos and streamline processes leveraging Alteryx in coordination with PI team Manage communication with the Verizon billing team ensuring timely COR invoice validation and payment process

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Requires advanced expertise in Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Channel Cube, Expert in Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables including Macro development, OpenSignal CarrierVision, Pulse Zoho Dashboard, Regression analysisAnalytical assessment of financial performance, Processing and analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights, Delivering/communicating data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making, Revenue modeling and forecasting, Profit and loss forecastingDevelop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.Proactively and independently plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.Proven success in a highly dynamic, deadline-driven environment.Review detailed product strategy, promo planning, and marketing documents as needed.Work independently and in a team environment to achieve customer business objectives and personal and team goals, and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications. Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.Strong communication, both written (PPT presentations) and oral skills.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA Required; preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or Operations9+ years of related experience; preferably in Finance, Operations, Communications, Business Analytics, and Business Planning. Experience in the mobile hardware/ telecom industry is highly desired
