**Job Summary**
Responsible for strategic projects, process improvements, advanced planning system development and maintenance in our supply chain planning business teams. Role includes close collaboration with business planning teams, advanced planning system partner, technical teams, and solutions implementation partners.
Ensuring optimization demand planning processes, supply and production plans for equipment and related materials across the enterprise and driving key performance indicator improvement around inventory and customer service. Develops financial and operational objectives aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development.
**Job Description**
Core Responsibilities
+ Plan, implement and manage strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and achieve cost objectives.
+ Through collaboration with key stakeholders, take accountability for driving continuous improvements in the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, securing alignment of key matrixed cross functional teams (both field and corporate).
+ Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert within the planning platform, training and mentoring direct reports and dotted lines for efficient use of the system at every level.
+ Develop requirements for system enhancements to existing planning applications and/or system integrations as new tools are introduced.
+ Ensure the planning teams are adhering to agreed master data management (MDM) policies to ensure a common understanding, consistency, accuracy and control in the ongoing maintenance and application use of information.
+ Key contact for field and corporate escalations, working quickly to resolve all issues related to inventory/materials production and planning.
+ Provide in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools to focus on effective materials management, planning, forecasting, network optimization, and transportation management.
+ Lead enterprise wide performance improvement projects to increase production quality and capacity; Effectively communicate all project timelines, deliverables, and risks associated with the stand-up and deployment of the operation.
+ Develop shortand long-term plan for capacity needs that seek to minimize total costs while maintaining service levels.
+ Support the development of repeatable, and thus scalable, plans and processes in order to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.
+ Contribute to the hiring, training and onboarding of new planning analysts and Sr. analysts into the supply chain team.
+ Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
+ Advanced working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
+ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

**Salary:**
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $99,880.65 - $173,476.92
