Sr. Manager, Sustainability

This position is part of the Environmental, Health, & Safety department located in Coralville, IA, Raleigh, NC, Boulder, CO, San Diego, CA or Redwood City, CA and will be on-site. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Lead the development and implementation of IDT’s Sustainability Program in furtherance of IDT’s and Danaher’s sustainability goals (including project funnel prioritization, budgeting and management reporting). + Lead cross-functional teams addressing key sustainability initiatives (e.g. greenhouse gas emission reductions, renewable energy, supply chain sustainability, waste reduction, water conservation, customer sustainability assessments, etc.) + Represent IDT and actively participate in a global network of sustainability professionals across Danaher operating companies and global organizations to promote transparency. + Drive change management to continue to strengthen our sustainability communication and engagement. + Contribute to the annual sustainability reporting process in compliance with reporting guidelines and in collaboration with the Danaher sustainability team. The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor’s Degree + 3+ years of experience in environmental sustainability or related field. + Demonstrated experience developing/implementing a sustainability program. + Working knowledge of sustainability practices, applicable global laws and regulations. Travel: + Ability to travel: 5-10% It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Engineering related field. + Experience with Danaher Business System tools. The salary range for this role is 110,000-125,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
