**Team Description**
This role is a leadership role in the Technology Enablement and Adoption organization (TEA), overseeing the management of a cross-functional team of OCM managers, customer success managers, knowledge managers and communications specialists. In addition, this role provides guidance and standards to communications specialists across the TEA organization, and partner with internal communications teams across TWDC.
**Responsibilities of the Role**
The purpose of this job is to increase productivity and engagement amongst TWDC cast members and employees who utilize Enterprise Technology services and products. The chief methods of achieving this purpose are to evangelize technology offerings, develop adoption and organizational change management strategies, and provide guidance and training, as well as the voice of the customer.
The Senior Manager, Technology Enablement & Adoption is a trusted advisor to his or her customers. He or she maintains and creates new relationships with executives, communications teams, learning and development teams, IT partners, other business partners (such as Global Information Security and various HR groups) and others as needed. He or she is a conduit between the Enterprise Technology service and product teams and the users of the products.
This job requires expertise in the use and management of products and services that are provided by the Digital Experience platform and product teams, as well as expertise in internal communications within a technology organization.
**Must Haves**
+ Minimum of 10 years of facilitating the use and management of collaboration, CMS, and Web technologies.
+ Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies and campaigns.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging for diverse audiences.
+ Experience with Change Management methodology (such as ADKAR)
+ Comfortable with speaking to large groups and presenting technical material to non-technical audiences.
+ Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies and campaigns.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging for diverse audiences.
+ Comfortable with fielding questions from a diverse audience of users.
+ Exhibits a fanatical desire to serve users and drive to effective resolution for their needs.
+ Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team to produce quality work
**Nice to Have**
PMP certification, CCMP Credential, Prosci Change Management Certificate, or other change management certification
**Education**
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $ 167,700 to $224,900 per year and in Seattle, WA is $175,800 to $235,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
