This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative and intuitive products.Your impact:Drive product innovation: Your leadership will shape the user experience of our products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive business growth.Foster a culture of design excellence: You will create a positive and collaborative environment where your team can thrive and deliver exceptional work.Develop high-performing teams: Your mentorship and guidance will help your team members grow their skills and reach their full potential.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field (or related experience).8+ years of experience in user experience design, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing design teams.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Ability to leverage data analytics to inform design decisions and measure the impact of UX improvements.Must have:Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others.Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Nice to have: Deep understanding of screening workflows, regulations, and best practices.Knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to Screening processes and Fair Housing.
Compensation & BenefitsThe base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $155,000-$200,000The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc. Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
