ROLE SUMMARY
Web Optimization Lead, PfizerForAll (PFA) role is an opportunity to play a critical role in supporting the design and development of our innovative consumer product.
This role will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing PFA to provide the best possible user experience. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, CX, marketing, and performance as well as Engineering, to drive data-informed decisions and continuously improve the performance of PFA. This role requires a strong background in website management, data analysis, and strategic thinking.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a comprehensive website optimization strategy for PfizerForAll, focusing on improving user engagement, conversion rates, and overall website performance.Continuously monitor and analyze website metrics, business outcomes, media performance, and user research to identify areas for improvement and optimization.In partnership with CX and Performance team lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators.Collaborate with product management teams to provide insights and recommendations for upstream product strategy based on PfizerForAll's website performance and user behavior.Own the learning agenda for the PfizerForAll website, ensuring that data-driven insights inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website optimization and user experience.Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to implement website enhancements and ensure a seamless user experience.Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align website optimization efforts with PfizerForAll's overall business objectives.Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize website performance for various marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Computer Science) is required.5+ years of experience in website management, optimization, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in website performance.Strong understanding of web analytics tools and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Adobe, Optimizely, VWO).Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.Experience working with dynamic websites and content management systems.Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Demonstrates a human-centered mindset – being obsessed with the end customer and demonstrated ability to bring voice of the customer by understanding customer journeys. Strong writing, presentation and influencing skills. Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information. Role model for the PFE Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity, Joy). Advanced degree preferred.Experience launching disruptive innovation in a customer-centric industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in website optimization and user experience.OTHER JOB DETAILS:
Work Location Assignment: Hybrid; 2-3 days onsite/week
