Acquires, plans and conducts projects to improve customer business operations by applying appropriate technical solutions and business methodologies.Oversees the resource requirements and implementation of clinical contracts, programs, with a primary focus on project management and delivery of resources required for customer go-live. The purpose is to ensure the branding of our resource recruitment, proper follow-up with candidates, correctly scope the project with the sales team and work with the clinical transition team to deliver on the sales contract. Contributes to the creation of customer proposals, correct skill set of candidates for the contract and efficiency of company services through the work of Enterprise Solutions, Transition team, medical physics leadership, staff clinical medical physicists, support, staff medical dosimetrist and technical personnel. Oversees and directs timeline and resources to execute on the customer contract. Actively contributes and support oversight to the development of policies/procedures, training and resource marketing activities for AOS.
The role will encompass client-site visits in addition to management, communication and mentoring of clinical staff. Requires an advanced degree and extensive clinical experience in addition to Board Certification as a Medical Physicist (ABR, ABMP, or equivalent) or Medical Dosimetrist. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Management
- Staff clinical resource specialist
- Lead operational and scheduling of services
- Drive product and procedural solutions to support execution on clinical service’s contracts
- Work closely with Physics and Dosimetry teams
Remote Services Development
- Review and creates procedures and policies of clinical sites for efficiencies and quality of services.
- Provide guidance for physicists and dosimetrist in advanced technologies and modalities
Supervisory/Leadership Duties
- Project Management: Staffing, execution, customer expectation, implementation, execution plan for physics and dosimetry under new contracts.
- Resource for the sales team to determine staffing needs of new proposals and contracts. Work with P&D and ES teams on pre-scoping projects.
- Assists with interviewing of medical physics, dosimetrist and physics support staff.
General
- Position includes travel within the US and potentially some international travel. - Other duties as assigned by VP, Clinical Services, and for AOS Oncology Practice Solutions.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
