Sr. Manager - Digital Brand Marketing Project Management

POSITION TITLE:  Sr. Brand Manager

REPORTS TO:  SR. Director Aerie Channel & Content Marketing 

SUPERVISES:  Digital Marketing Coordinator                      

POSITION SUMMARY: This position will manage marketing creative projects for Aerie digital channels (website, email, blog) from seasonal concept to execution kick off.  Responsible for project management and communication supporting the brand, creative and additional cross functional partners. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our creative processes as well as supporting and driving business needs on a seasonal and daily basis, ensuring seamless collaboration between all cross functional teams.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for keeping the brand, creative, copy and business partners connected pre season on brand initiatives as marketing plans are being developed.  Manages timelines for the creative pre-planning needs starting with Concept / Seasonal Brief kickoff: Manages content planning workflow Kick off all creative needs to creative teams  Proficient understanding of key item and product focuses each season Proficient understanding of all promotional needs on a weekly basis  Management of weekly art review presentation  Communication and share out of all creative assets  Creating processes and efficiencies around this new area of focus Manages + Organizes Assets and Supporting Documents for all new creative initiatives Oversees and validates all timelines across all Digital needs  Main point of contact for creative briefs, manages and optimizes the marketing briefing process  Leads/ Owns weekly marketing/execution meetings  Uses project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflow and track project progress.  Stays current with project management technology tools and features. Manager of the #AerieReal Blog  Manager of webset and email testing needs and execution  Responsible for managing the Digital Brand Coordinator  Additional projects as needed 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 8+ years of experience in retail project management or related experience in marketing Retail or Agency experience preferred High degree of proficiency in Google Proficient in Monday.com Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION: Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
