The Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing will partner with sales and marketing to forge a closer working relationship between one of SHI’s strategic selling units and the SHI marketing team. They will be accountable for delivering new business opportunities through orchestrated campaigns that improve customer experience, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.  

 

The primary success metrics for the Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing will be supporting the expansion of customer share of wallet, including shifting strategic technology contracts through SHI and investing in new SHI portfolio solutions. An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B technology marketing and will understand the capabilities of marketing channels to drive valuable leads and opportunities.

Include, but are not limited to: 

Partner with sales and marketing specialists to define go-to-market objectives and develop a marketing plan that will drive predictable pipeline  Inform channel investment strategy, partnering with internal digital, events, content and campaign marketing teams to deliver an omnichannel campaign strategy Accountable for ensuring all marketing plan tactics are executed with direct responsibility over all messaging, email design, sales communications and reporting Responsible for designing and evaluating partner marketing opportunities, ensuring all investments and commitments expected of sellers aligns to the go-to-market plan  Evaluate, select, and manage strategic marketing vendors that contribute to the outsourced execution of marketing programs, including telemarketing services, events and specialized media Report on campaign performance and overall marketing impact regularly to internal stakeholders and partners  Capture insights and feedback, internally and externally, to inform future campaign strategy and messaging  Manage and adhere to a defined revenue marketing budget, including MDF partner funding management  Develop campaign briefs to inform and enable extended marketing and sales teams on GTM strategy   Qualifications 4+ years’ experience in demand generation or sales support role Prior experience marketing to public sector or healthcare organizations Prior experience executing modern marketing channels  Required Skills Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks and execute with attention to detail Strong reporting and data analysis skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills  Confidence in reporting and communicating results Ability to understand audience and adapt communications accordingly Ability to work both individually and in a team environment Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization Ability to lead strategic initiatives Ability to inspire and motivate others Desire to learn and grow in a transformation  Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer a friend to this jobRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
