**Sr. Manager-Human Resources** **BASIC FUNCTIONS** Leads the Saraburi Plant HR team. Responsible for implementing HR and administration policies, handling employee relations, oversees manpower plan, performance management and succession planning. Supports health and safety initiatives and aligns HR strategies with business objectives. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** Provides guidance to the Plant Management on Human Resources issues. Coach plant leaders on all HR matters and issues, by providing input, guidance or coaching as necessary, to establish a real business partnership. Ensure that workforce strategies in the business are aligned to corporate goals. Implementing the organization employee relations strategy to build good relations with labor unions, associates, and external organizations.Minimize the negative impact of individual associate grievances or collective labor disputes. Direct recruitment based on current and future employment needs and coordinate with hiring objectives.Keep abreast of changing labor markets to effectively utilize the labor force and available candidates for employment. Ensure that new associates are smoothly integrated into the organization. Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair practices. Develop effective strategies to improve the engagement of associates across all levels of the organization. Responsible for recognizing, creating and implementing plans to promote diversity, equity and inclusion within the organization. Ensure compliance to local government regulations, company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement Responsible for overseeing all administrative functions within the manufacturing plant Perform other activities as assigned **RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS** Solid line report to Director-HR, K&B China Manufacturing and dotted line to Head of HR, Commercial, K&B Asia Pacific Manage healthy relationships with associates, unions on site and local government agencies Maintain good relationships with local HR communities **Skills/Requirements** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Political Sciences or related fields 5-7 years’ experience in similar capacity Union experience is necessary Sound knowledge of labor law and employment practices Expertise in HR management processes and systems Excellent stakeholder and people management skills Initiative-taker, flexible with strong drive for results Excellent communication and fluent in English.
