Sr. Manager in Pressure Management

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the budget for the region. Own and achieve Plan of (POR) bookings, sales, profitability, and project execution targets for the PRM business in Korea.

Organizational Development:

Plan and develop the PRM team and organizational structure to achieve or exceed financial targets.

Sales Management:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly order targets. Represent Korea PRM in monthly POR meetings to discuss actual and projected bookings and sales.

Sales Channel Management:

Supervise both direct and indirect sales channels to improve market coverage and sales efficiency. Manage sales performance through training and development initiatives. Build strong relationships with Local Business Partners (LBPs) and establish local service capabilities to support the installed base. Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear objectives for sales teams.

Project Pursuit:

Identify key projects and collaborate with BU/Emerson Korea to develop and carry out winning strategies. Develop central initiatives to drive business growth from EPCs, OEMs, and End-Users.

MRO and Customer Service & Support:

Collaborate with the BU  to develop joint strategies for MRO business expansion like Site Walk Downs. Work closely with the Service team to address Shutdown and Turnaround opportunities and  customer concerns to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with partners to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Marketing & Customer Engagement:

Actively participate in marketing events and organize focused customer exchange programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers at multiple levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Engineering Degree (MBA preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in the plant industry, with a proven track record in Sales Management, Marketing, or Business Development. Experience in PRV business is a plus.
