As lead for the Interview Strategy & Logistics (ISL) team within Talent Acquisition (TA), this role is accountable for interviewer supply and demand planning, pre-set interview scheduling preparation, and the day-to-day operations of interview scheduling and facilitation across the enterprise. This role includes direct and indirect people leadership of a large multi-layer, geographically dispersed, cross-functional team. There is also a strong emphasis on Director+ stakeholder management across all LoBs and partner groups, inside and outside of HR.
As a critical service provider within Talent Acquisition, the ISL team lead will play a pivotal role in the organization’s journey to improve and transform the Joining Experience. You will partner across key TA, HR, and business partner teams to shape the technology and processes of the candidate journey, driving transparency and definition of success for the interview experience, and ensure integrated partnerships across teams. You will enable decision-making informed by the right data, insights, and leadership perspective, as well as governance to monitor progress, emerging needs, and risks. **General Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and evolve ISL’s strategic operating model, oversee and simplify interview scheduling, facilitation, and training, and ensure ISL’s integration into the broader TA recruiting and workforce planning activities for improved efficiency and delivery of the recruiting process as a whole for all of Capital One.
+ Partner closely with TA, HR product and data, and LoB customers to reimagine the interview experience - ranging in scope from Interviewer Quality initiatives to driving intent with HR product on the Canvas Scheduling module and the necessary data to support its use.
+ Seek and respond to customer needs, sentiment, and usage of ISL practices in a highly customer-driven way while using data and insights to monitor, iterate, and drive continual improvements.
+ Be motivated to respond to evolving TA and ISL strategies, roadmaps, and tactics throughout the year as needed
+ Serve as a key people leader, fostering a trusting, inclusive, and collaborative work environment with a strong commitment to talent development, while driving excitement about the changing ISL strategies and enterprise wide impacts.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
+ At least 4 years of Human Resources OR at least 5 years of Project Management experience OR at least 5 years of Process Management experience
+ At least 4 years of People Leadership experience
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Masters Degree in Business or Masters Degree in Human Resources
+ 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist
+ 4+ years of experience in project or process management
+ 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition / recruiting environment

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $154,600 - $176,400 for Sr Mgr, HR Specialist
Richmond, VA: $140,600 - $160,400 for Sr Mgr, HR Specialist
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
