The Samsung direct-to-consumer eCommerce team is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategy within the eCommerce Mobile Experience (MX) Category Management team to drive the business performance of carrier device sales on Samsung.com. This role will have broad responsibility including driving key initiatives to accelerate growth for the MX business, conducting deep dive analyses and formulating data-driven recommendations for improving business performance, and driving preparation for leadership meetings and workshops.

Role and Responsibilities

Drive key initiatives for the MX Category Management team, driving planning, timelines, tracking, and removing obstacles for the teamConducting deep dive data analyses to identify root cause issues or first principles-based insights to identify new growth opportunitiesWorking cross-functionally to analyze carrier device sales and line activations on Samsung.com and opportunities to improve sales and conversionsBenchmark competitors and Carriers to identify gaps in experience and how to grow overall performanceDriving leadership presentation preparation including doing the detailed analysis and powerpoint slide developmentPrepare and present in customer meetings to drive partnership opportunities for accelerating Carrier device and plan sales on Samsung.comCreate processes and improve ways of working to improve speed to market and create agility to respond to the business quickly and efficiently

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience with eCommerce P&L or sales responsibility, program management, or similar with accountability to deliver top and bottom-line resultsStrong leader, able to deliver results by partnering with stakeholders across all levels of the organizationProficient in data analysis and generating insight-driven recommendationsSelf-starter, able to proactively identify opportunities and lead teams to implementResults-oriented, not afraid of being accountable for hitting monthly and quarterly business targetsDemonstrated success in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment with the ability to respond to changing priorities without loss in performance or productivityAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive influence across many levels of the organizationMicrosoft Standard Office Suite and advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or graduate degreePrevious experience in program management, e-commerce, or similar functions, with a heavy focus on data analysis and driving revenue/profit. Prior P&L experiencePrior experience working for or with Carriers strongly preferred
