Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement LPS

The Senior Manager, Branch Operations is a key leadership role responsible for driving continuous improvement across the operational network. This position oversees the development, refinement, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), KPI frameworks, and strategic initiatives to optimize operational performance. The role ensures seamless collaboration across branches, vendors, and Lowe's supply chain while aligning with broader organizational goals. A key focus will be on network optimization, centralized reporting, labor management, and the deployment of sustainability initiatives, enhancing the operational efficiency and scalability of Lowe's Pro Supply (LPS).

Essential Functions:
•Develops, defines, and standardizes SOPs across all branch operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
•Conducts time studies to identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
•Leads the design and execution of process improvement strategies with measurable ROI.
•Creates, refines, and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational success.
•Analyzes data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
•Enhances communication synergies within operations and the Pro Communications team to ensure alignment and transparency.
•Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to understand business needs and integrate them into process improvements and initiatives.
•Develops and executes a strategic roadmap for network optimization, focusing on flow planning between vendors, branches, and supply chain.
•Identifies and implements opportunities for route optimization and cost savings across the network
•Oversees the design and delivery of training programs to ensure operational excellence and team development.
•Provides coaching and feedback to direct reports, fostering professional growth and high performance.
•Leads sustainability initiatives to align branch operations with environmental and organizational objectives.
•Drives perpetual productivity improvements by leveraging advanced analytics and technology.
•Oversees centralized reporting to ensure data integrity and accessibility for decision-making.
•Leads forecasting efforts and labor management planning to align resources with operational demands.
•Implements technology solutions to streamline operations, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve efficiency.
•Tracks enhancements in reporting, processes, and tools to drive ongoing improvements.
•Monitor branch performance to ensure compliance with operational standards and identify areas for process automation or enhancement.

Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Operations, or related field required.
•8-10 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, or a related industry (MRO, Retail, etc.)
•8-10 years’ experience leading large-scale continuous improvement initiatives and network optimization projects
•8-10 years’ extensive experience with data analytics, performance reporting, and operational forecasting
•3-5 years’ experience in training and development programs
•1-2 years familiarity in sustainability practices and implementation in operational settings

Preferences:
•MBA or advanced degree
