Senior Manager, Partnerships and Alliance Management – Hyperscalers and Enterprise Automation

Cognizant's Intuitive Operations and Automation (IOA) practice is growing quickly by transforming the widest range of IT and business process automation services in the industry for global marquee brands. To accelerate our growth even further, IOA seeks a highly skilled senior manager in partner and alliance management to increase our client impact and solutions.

The IOA associate will engage with multiple assigned alliance partners to build and drive the regional strategic plans in US by identifying growth areas, growing revenues with existing partners, and managing current partners working across the internal and external teams.

Experience

At least 3 years of proven success preferably in partner & alliance management, business development, or similar partner facing roles with demonstrable track record of success - preferably in hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google, ServiceNow), automation, analytics, AI. Deep knowledge and solid experience in building strong relationships across hyperscalers and enterprise automation software vendors. Experience in supporting analyst and advisor relations. Strong understanding of the sales process and channel sales with ability to develop a vision match with partners and to cultivate champions within those organizations Experience working in US markets Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior executives Ability to guide teams through influence, referral, license resell models bringing in best value to client and at the same time be ahead of competition. Strong program management with business acumen and analytical ability to analyze markets, trends, technologies, and partners across diverse industries to identify grow areas and offerings. Identify gaps in partner ecosystem coverage and opportunity alignment. Excellent problem solving and business communication (written & oral) skills to engage with partners in developing go to market plans and offering development Ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial and highly matrixed organization and "roll up your sleeves" attitude to get things done inside and outside the company

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement go-to-market business plans with channel partners that drives all aspects of partner relationship including executive interlocks, pipeline building, business development, enablement, certification plans, partner marketing, and solution development Identify new opportunities, develop/package offerings with partners and work with vertical and horizontal leads to bring them to market Collaborate with Marketing teams to create and execute impactful events, campaigns, and joint business development programs that increase deal flow and revenues Engage Cognizant's market leads and delivery, so we have competitive, differentiated offerings, and provide sales support to originate & close deals

Other Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, STEM or a related discipline; MBA Preferred

Travel - Travel up to 30% depending on business requirements
