**Test Development Manager**
**SUMMARY:**
An experienced Production Test Development Manager is needed to lead a US-based test development team in the Power Management division. This leadership role is key to ensuring the integrity and performance of innovative Power Management ICs, supporting a wide range of applications including Mobile, Consumer, IoT, and Industrial sectors. The role requires a leader who can expertly navigate the complexities of Power Management IC production testing while effectively collaborating across design and test engineering teams.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Lead and manage the test development team for Power Management ICs in the US
+ Develop and enforce test strategies to ensure product reliability and performance
+ Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test systems
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US and Asia to support product development and production
+ Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality test solutions that meet production schedules
+ Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills
+ Optimize test processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
+ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in test engineering
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor of Science (BS) degree (or greater) in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of industry experience
+ Minimum of 5 years of management experience
+ Expertise in automated test design, development, and maintenance
+ Proficiency with software development and debugging on ATE systems (Cohu DMDx, Teradyne ETS88, or Sinetest STT)
+ Experience with schematic design for socketed test fixtures, probe cards, and load boards
+ Knowledge of Power Management ICs including Buck, Boost, LDO, and Microcontroller Units
+ Familiarity with I2C and SPI serial communication protocols
+ Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
