Sr. Manager Process Engineering - Store Operations Fulfillment
Position Purpose:

A process engineering senior manager is responsible for managing teams who are leading cross-functional projects to enable efficient, effective, and repeatable processes within store operations in support of business strategies. They will partner with cross-functional leaders to understand strategies and will help their teams plan and align their work to achieve results. A process engineering senior manager will spend time removing roadblocks, driving motivation and engagement, and ensuring work is meeting stakeholder expectations. They will actively engage with their teams who are solving problems using the IDOV process while leveraging Agile ways of working, driving productivity, throughput, and improved associate and customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:20% Agile Ways of Working - Participate in multiple teams' Agile ways of working meetings, including sprint planning, story sign-off, and demos10% Collaboration - Partner with IT, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions to the field5% Development - Develop direct reports through weekly one-on-ones, quarterly development sessions, etc.25% Planning & Aligning - Ensure project teams are aligned to roadmaps, understand the vision and strategy, and are making quality decisions to move projects forward10% Presentations - Communicate progress and results through Powerpoint to all levels25% Prioritization - Partner with key stakeholders to understand quarterly and annual priorities. Evaluate value of each initiative to determine prioritization5% Project Support - Remove roadblocks that are causing delays in project work
Direct Manager/Direct Reports:This Position typically reports to Director, Process EngineeringThis Position has 3-5 Direct Reports
Travel Requirements:Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
