Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

This role will be focused on the initial design and implementation of a Process Improvement program within Customer Experience Operations The goal of this program is to delivery business and operational efficiencies leading to quantifiable benefit/value, reducing our overall cost metrics and improving productivity This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to promote CPI tools and practices, educating and influencing key stakeholders through change management Specific focus on back-office, manual processes: Simplify processes, eliminate waste, combine like processes, leverage automation and relocation opportunities to create business value Ongoing leveraging of multiple approaches to gain buy-in - education, exposure, and experience Communication of roadmap and results to executive leadership

We’d love to chat if you have:

8+ years of experience Leading cross-functional, company-wide, and business unit specific process improvement initiatives producing results by increasing efficiencies and reducing waste leveraging Lean & Six Sigma, Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management disciplines Designing and driving project plans with senior business unit leaders to attain business segment specific objectives identified through business process analysis and value stream mapping Leading and equipping organizational leaders with operational excellence best practices and tools through education, exposure, and experience with the goal of building a culture of Process Excellence Creating and fostering business relationships to drive process innovation and achieve sustained realized operational benefits through CPI efforts Establishing and monitoring performance tracking data and metrics measuring critical success factors for project pilots, launches, and BAU Communicating key process improvement initiative goals, updates, and results to executive leadership

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle$150,800—$188,200 USDZone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts$135,700—$169,400 USDZone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina$128,200—$160,000 USD
