The Sr. Project Control Manager drives effective **project controls across** **large capital projects** , overseeing cost estimation, scheduling, progress tracking, cost and risk management, and document control. Reporting to the Group Leader Project Control Management EU, the role ensures adherence to standards, workflows, and tools, playing a pivotal part in maintaining efficiency and compliance. With a strong focus on capital stewardship, it enhances efficiency by maximizing revenue, reducing costs, and optimizing capital utilization. Additionally, the Sr. Project Control Manager may lead a controls team, comprising contractor or internal DSMF personnel, to ensure seamless execution of project control functions.

**Your Key** **responsibilities:**
+ **Strategy & Risk Management** – Involve in strategic PCM planning, SWOT analysis for economic decisions, and conduct regular risk assessments with mitigation actions.
+ **SHE & Compliance** – Identify and mitigate SHE and security risks, ensure compliance, and report incidents.
+ **Work Process & Continuous Improvement** – Support benchmarking, define key project metrics, and implement project control methods for efficiency.
+ **Cost Estimating & Control** – Develop cost estimates, assess risks, track budgets, manage cash flow, and administer change management.
+ **Scheduling & Progress Tracking** – Define project schedules, track progress across disciplines, perform critical path analysis, and generate accurate reports.
+ **Capital Stewardship & Decision Analysis** – Conduct financial evaluations (NPV, CFROI), SWOT analysis, and strategy-based decision-making.
+ **Business Process Interfaces** – Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Contracting for audits, budgeting, contractor management, and asset capitalization.
+ **Project Close-out** – Capture lessons learned, contribute to benchmarking, and prepare close-out reports
**You** **bring**
+ A university or bachelor’s degree in technical science, complemented by education in project or business management. Certification (CCP/T, CEC, or equivalent) is recommended.
+ Strong expertise in project control techniques, risk assessment, benchmarking, financial control (SAP), and project management tools (MS-Project, P6, Ecosys).
+ Solid knowledge of construction techniques, contracting principles, and mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
+ Understanding of pharmaceutical, chemical, nutrition, and food processing industries, with a focus on Total Quality Management.
+ Proven stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with an independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
+ At least 13 years of experience in project controls for complex capital investments in international organizations. Project management and team leadership experience are a plus.
