Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain test automation suites using Playwright and other tools.

Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify testing needs.

Develop and execute automated test cases for web applications (Angular, React).

Ensure thorough testing across multiple browsers and devices using BrowserStack.

Implement and manage internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) testing strategies.

Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG standards.

Design and execute performance and scalability tests.

Maintain a deep understanding of browser internals and the DOM structure.

Optimize test scripts for performance and maintainability.

Communicate test automation issues, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.

Document test cases, results, and defects.

Stay updated with the latest test automation tools and best practices.

Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 15 years+ of experience

Key Skills:

Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, SCSS.

Expertise in Angular and React frameworks.

Proficiency in Playwright and BrowserStack.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Proven experience in software testing and automation.

Focus on UI automation and multi-browser testing.

Leadership and mentorship abilities.

Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.

Effective conflict resolution and team management.
