**Job Description:**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide leadership to the Tower Leads and Account Team to guide and develop viable solutions and delivery to clients.
+ Manage programs, project, scope, schedule, quality, risks and budgets.
+ Provide expert and credible advice in the adoption of VMWare Services and lead pre-sales conversations and professional services engagements.
+ Support business development by engaging with industry, sales and account teams to identify, develop and close new opportunities with an account or client.
+ Oversee the implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions.
+ Determine and pursue courses of action essential in accomplishing objectives.
+ Provide mentoring and guidance to Tower Leads.
+ Research the clients’ business and industry and be able to offer options, views and solutions in accordance with client needs.
+ Articulate strategies and key benefits focusing on value to both the client and DXC.
+ Lead critical programs such as Lifecycle Management, Risk Management, Capacity Management
+ Provide Technical Design Governance, Standards Review and Technology Refresh Roadmaps
+ Pursue and provide oversight of New Solution Opportunities
+ Assist with technical escalations and outages
**Technical Skills**
+ Experience with enterprise architecture and infrastructure Transition and Transformation in enterprise environments.
+ Has sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to manage multiple deliverables across all DXC supported technologies.
+ Experience delivering in an agile environment.
+ Demonstrated project management disciplines, skills and experience a plus. PMO or ITIL certifications a plus.
**Consulting Skills**
+ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing to all levels of management.
+ Experience leading project teams.
+ Experienced with consulting delivery methodologies.
+ Thought leader within DXC on numerous leading edge complex technologies, theories or techniques.
+ Ensures team members support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements of project.
+ Proactively encourages membership and contributions of others to professional community and coaches others in area of expertise. Presents at multi-customer technology conferences.
**Experience in infrastructure and Virtualization**
+ University Technical degree, BS in Information Technology or a related discipline required; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience
+ 5+ years of experience in understanding Data Center Infrastructure and Hosting technologies – Including servers (Unix and x86, iSeries, Wintel), virtualization, storage, networks, data centers, and security.
+ Preferred 2+ years working knowledge of Agility methods.
+ Senior mastery level of experience in engineering, architecture, and consultative level roles.
+ Demonstrable in-depth experience with Data Center Infrastructure modernization and architecture level understanding of Network, and storage architecture and Design in multiple platforms and technologies."
+ Requires regular travel, approx. 60%, to client sites, globally, conducting and facilitating client facing meetings with senor client and account leadership.
+ Must be highly attentive and possess expert problem detection and resolution skills
