Sr. manager - Source to Pay

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Process Lead- STP
As Process Lead you are a SME in the STP process (end to end) and you are the first point of contact for OpCo Process Lead. Your primary objective is to ensure the implementation of the Global Template solution following the DBB transition methodology

Responsibilities

• Identification and analysis of user requirements within their functional areas
• Provide expert knowledge of the subject area and the transition methodology.
• Be responsible for the successful closing of gaps between “as-is” and “to-be” situation.
• Ensure configuration, processing and implementation of process area software modules and relevant interfaces.
• Identify business process / technology improvements and changes and escalate them to the Business Solutions team.
• Actively promote the adaptation of business practices and adoption of processes utilized by the new Global Template solution.
• Support the OpCo on their change management journey and in making the change stick.
• Jointly drive and execute engagement with (key) stakeholders.
• Work with the OpCo to develop necessary processes or procedural changes in the OpCo to accommodate the Global Template solution.
• Work with the OpCo to foster active participation and ownership of the new solution (processes tools)
• Ensure a proper and effective knowledge transfer (e.g., documentation, training, etc.)
• Provide a communication link between project teams through attendance at regular
• Project Team or Team Leader meetings Contribute to status reporting.
• Thoroughly perform testing of the tool and associated procedures to confirm that the primary business requirements are met.
• Input issues into the main log (e.g., open issues log) that surface during configuration, training or other team activities and also follow-through on resolution of those issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the transition approach and Global Template solution.
• On-board new team members in your process area and transition methodology
• Adequate handover to Business as Usual after Stabilization phase of the transition


Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications
• Graduation/ Masters
• Project management skills
• Client management is a must
• Sound knowledge in STP

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Relevant years’ work experience in field of expertise.
• Other fields of expertise: communication skills (verbal, written), analytical and process management, change management (Heineken change model)
• Ability to distil voice of the customer and converting this into initiatives, Experience working within and implementing complex change projects, problem solving skills that use techniques to identify the root cause of the issue.
• English (excellent verbal and written skills)
• Strong in stakeholder management and in relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organisation. Good organisational and planning skills.
• Strong cultural awareness and versatility in styles. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure.
