Learn more about ADP's commitment on our YouTube channel: http://adp.careers/DEI\_Videos **What you’ll do:** **Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:** + Run assigned initiatives or projects, including breaking down problems, building a business plan (as needed with financial modeling assistance), first stakeholder conversations, and problem-solving on the levers in the financial model + Manage strategy processes, including program managing standard strategy cycle events, e.g., annual strategy planning cycle, board meeting, etc. + Partner with peers in teams, including corporate strategy, to translate the corporate-led initiatives to business unit specific actions + Partner with the business unit leader on additional projects, including preparation for client meetings, board presentations, etc. + Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations that articulate strategic options and support executive decision-making **Experience.** You have 8+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role. **TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** + 3+ years of strategy experience in management consulting or on an in-house strategy team, preferably at a top-tier consulting firm or technology company. + Proven experience in building and obtaining approval for a business case. + Strong content creation and business storytelling/presentation skills using PowerPoint. + Successful experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite. + Expertise in conducting competitive and customer research, including conducting stakeholder interviews & secondary research. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time. + Excellent communication skills. Experience presenting to senior leaders. + Strong experience collaborating with multiple functions/organizations. + You’ll have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
